I'm so glad you found us. There are three forums here that ought to provide some information along the lines you've sketched:

Arthritis (Osteo & Rheumatoid): http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum21.html

RSD/CRPS: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum21.html

Medications & Treatments: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum72.html

The links will take you there, & you can look around, dive into discussion on-going, or start a thread. Unfortunately there is no way to search for locations on the forums, but who needs computers? Just start a thread titled, "Wilkes Barre, pick up, please," or some such think. People who have been on the forums for a while are close & know who's from where.

Same for Dr Schwartzman. Send out the question & the answer will probably find you in a few day a--depending who's on vacation.

Ask questions, come back, tell us what you need. Lots of information here. Lots of compassion, tolerance (go on! rant!we can take it!) &, if you want them, some great folks who will probably become true friends over time. Up to you!
