Heart New

Hello ,
I just found you guys and registered a few minutes back. I do need support. Physically not a good time, had car accidents a while back and im finding my injuries not healing like i would have expected. I have a moderate herniation in my neck at the same level that fused, and i have issues with twitching. I have been to several docs and do have a good sense of my issues, but im sad that there isn't a solution. Like in my life I could always heal and move on, and I can't from this. How do you'all cope with the fact life has changed. I do try to think positive and do positive things, but it comes back to me, with pain, and tireness, and just a sense of failure. BTW , please consider me as a friend if you need one...

Exclamation Hello 2bluetoday !

Welcome to NT!
You've found a wonderful place for care and support!
I'm so sorry for what brings you here, however

I sure do understand what you mean about being down and feeling like a failure. Some days are tougher than others, but we must remind ourselves that we are still the same person we were before our pain conditions and that we do have a purpose. The hardest part, however, is that we aren't able to be as active as we once were.

Stick around though, you'll see that there are many of us with similar issues and we can gain much strength and support from one another.
My laptop is playing tricks on me and I'm not able to give you any direct links to some of the forums that might be of help to you.
Others will be along shortly!
Caring!
Rae
