Frown Hello

I don't know what to say....Basically i suffer from panic Attacks and they scare me very much....It all started about 1 1?2 years ago when i had a heart attack and now thye are so out of control.....I take pain pills for a back and knee problem and i fear that i am getting addicted to them and my fear is that taking them is bringing on my attacks.....If anyone has any advice on how i can stop these attacks PLEASE help me

so sorry to hear of the panic attacks. I think you may be right about the root of the problem being related to the pain meds, but you may want to ask on our Medications forum
