Default New to website & new mom

I'm a twenty three year old stay at home mom & wife. I love it, but since my baby was born seven months ago I've been in constant pain. My cronic migraines are back & worse then they've ever been! And I have cronic back pain, my lower back pain I know is from my epidural but my upper back pain & my back spasms we don't know where that came from or what it's caused from. It's bad enough now that I can only hold & rock my baby for so long while standing up. I know I'm not the only one suffering from this so I joined this in hopes to talk to others that have the same problem.
