Help WCB Victim In Canada

Three years of fighting with WCB before finally being diagnosed with arachnoiditis caused by scar tissue from disc protrusion at L-5 for aparent left side sciatica. At my last so called independent medical exam, before my present diagnosis, the quake doctor said he felt I was faking the pain and ordered me back to work at full duties with no restrictions. Here we are , 6 months later, out of work, and once again fighting for my entitlment to benefits from WCB. Around and around we go, where or when it all stops no one knows. At least not I.

Default Update

My claim has finally been accepted by WCB and am now receiving an ELP payment each month although they still claim that I should be able to work an 8 hour day when a 4 hour shift has proven to be more then I can take. My Doctor has me off work permanently so I guess the drama continues.
