Default post concussion-- feel hopeless?

hi, im 15, girl, and i've had post concussion syndrome for 5 months now, constant headaches, nausea, dizzyness etc. i'm feeling depressed because I feel like I'm falling behind my peers. all my friends can go and do all the clubs they want, sports, and be top in the class, watch tv, go shopping, and all I can do is sit at home. I feel like there's no future ahead of me and I'll never get better. I don't want this concussion to haunt me and not get into a good college because of bad grades, poor attendance, low participation, and not being captain of my sports. I feel like my family and friends havent been really supportive but I dont really know what they can do besides pray..
ahhhhhhhhdkl;fakjsfgjkdlkasf;sal; sorry i just dont even know what to do,,,...thanks for any support.

Smile Hi Leah!

Welcome to NT!
You've found a wonderful place full of caring understanding folks. I'm sorry you are dealing with all of this right now. I can certainly understand how you feel.
You are doing a great thing by reaching out like this and you'll soon see that you are not alone and that there are ways to rise above these things.
You DO have a future, Leah and there will be many others here praying right along with you......you'll see.

It's so great to have you!

Rae
