This is a great place to be and lots of information to be had.
Everybody here is very caring and understanding.
I'm sorry to hear of these struggles your fiance is dealing with. I hope you can start to get some answers soon.

I wish I knew more about these conditions to be of better help, but the main menu offers many forums from health concerns (listed alphabetically) to all other types of support.
