Default Hi from a new guy with some old problems.

I ran across the forum while searching for multi-focal motor neuropathy, I have been suffering from muscle atrophy left hand, arm and shoulder and twitching for about 3 years. I have been to numerous specialists with no diagnosis , checked for ALS twice both times negative.

Wealth of information here that I'll be reading!

I'm assuming that you must have no c spine issues per MRI that would be a cause of your hand/arm/shoulder symptoms.

If you have done quite a bit of desk work or repetitive motion jobs/hobbies, or previous whiplash type injuries - You might be interested in our thoracic outlet syndrome forum (TOS) for short.
Many other causes can be a factor but those are just a brief list.

Your symptoms caught my attention so I thought I'd mention it.

Here's the link to the useful sticky thread on the TOS forum -
