Smile New to Group

HI, I am new to group. I have severe RSD. I found a couple of members that I know. I am looking for a doctor in the Seattle area that does ketamine infusions. I know there are several in South Seattle, but don't know their names. I just got back from the RSDHOPEORG. in Tampa, FL. I had 4 days of high dose ketamine infusions. It only lasted a few days. A friend with full body RSD was there right before I was. She had it come back with in a week of returning home. She lives in the dark and can only shower rarely because of the horrid pain of anything touching her. She is only 32 with 2 small children.
I want to help support people in pain and add any knowledge I might have to help and support anyone. I believe in a higher power and the power of prayer in healing. Asking for miracles always helps. I have seen them happen before my eyes.
I would enjoy making new friends. hear4

Default

I've found that while showers exacerbate my RSD pain, warm baths with Epsom Salts reduce it. I use a large aluminum bowl that is not at all heavy to rinse my hair after shampooing. Also, baby wipes or wipes for the disabled and dry shampoo might also help her in-between as well.
