i have just started baleet dancing after 20 years and am realizing that my left side of my body is so weak compared to my right side. i have no balane or coordination on left side. My right is prefectly fine. I have numbness and tingling in my hands when I stregth my arm copletely out. I also have uncontrollable shaking in my hand in certin positions. If i didn't start dancing angain i don't think I would of notice this problem. just trying to understand what is going on.

This is a great place to be - lots of support, care, understanding....
I'm sorry you are faced with this strange feeling. I hope you can begin to get some answers. Feel free to venture thru the different forums here. There's something for everybody.
One thing I find helpful when I'm not sure which forum to poke in to is to use that 'search' feature towards the top of the screen. Type in specific words and perhaps you'll see some posts from past discussions. Otherwise, just hang loose and I'm sure someone will have some good suggestions.
