Smile Hi from a new member

This is a new experience for me, and I'm hoping it will be helpful. I have a lot of cervical and lumbar spine problems. Early this year, after straining my neck and back, I've had tinnitus as well as back/neck spasms that wouldn't go away. Recently I've had 2 sets of trigger point injections and 2 epidurals for a compressed C5/6 nerve. (Had a set of 3 about 3 years ago as well, which were helpful). I also get migraine/occipital headaches.
