Default New to Neurotalk

Hi everyone,
My name is Gail and I was recently diagnosed with Neuropathy in both my feet. I am trying to learn all I can about this disorder (if that is what it is called). I am scared, frustrated and nervous and don't know what exactly I'm dealing with and what to expect. I am in alot of pain. I also have Meniere's Disease, which I was diagnosed with 4 years ago so I don't know how this is going to affect that either. I guess I need some guidance as to the best place on this board to get information and support on Neuropathy. Thank You

Default A confused, worried mum

Hi All,
I have never used a site like this before. I am having tests at the moment for some odd symptoms which my Doc says are very unusual. Started in my right wrist, stiff, numb, pins n needles, spread within days to whole of my right side. Now my right hand keeps going icy cold. Odd feeling in right side of my tummy, similar to when a baby moves in later stages of pregnancy (I'm not pregnant). Feel generally unwell but don't know why, maybe worrying about what it could be. Had similar symptoms 15-20 years ago but in my wrist only. CAT scan clear, x-ray on neck clear, awaiting MRI scan soon. Ant ideas as my main concern is MS. xx
