Default Hello, new user here

Hi everyone. Just found this place and decided to jump in. I am fascinated in learning about our minds, how they work, and what the scientific community is constantly learning about cognition and emotion... and of course, how it applies to us in the real world. I have been diagnosed with ADD since childhood and have had periodic depressive episodes through my adult life as well, so I have a deep interest in what is going on in these areas, and what people are experiencing with solutions, new treatments, etc. I'll poke around a bit I guess. Thanks for having me!
