Default Hi there! New to NeuroTalk

I found your website by accident and decided to join in hopes to both help and learn from others who are going through similar circumstances. I have been battling back issues since the early 90's and have been through every kind of treatment, therapy available since that point. 2011 has proved to be a very stressful year for me in many ways and upon finding this site, I hope to find much needed support and strength to draw upon as I recover from my most recent surgery; trial and permanent placement of the SCS, this past week.

Laugh Welcome!

Oh finzzzup! This is the perfect place for you!
It's no accident you found us

I'm sorry about the back trouble you've been having.
We've got a forum here specific to SCS discussion....
Here's the shortcut link to get you there:
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/fo...ysprune=&f=118

The SCS forum is listed as a sub-forum in the "Medications & Treatment" section.
Please come on over and you'll meet some great SCSers just like you!

I've had my SCS for 2 yrs. It does a great job of covering the pain in my lower extremities......but, like you, I struggle with issues in my back (especially SPASMS! )

It's great to have you here, and I hope to see you over there!

Rae
