Default Thank you

As a chronic pain sufferer for many years (age 22 to the present, will be 32 soon), I'm really excited to join the community and exchange information.

I'm having some trouble figuring out how to subscribe to different forums. Is there a delay from when I sign up until I can do that?

Also, I wrote a long reply to someone on this new member intro. and it got erased (I think it was an internet explorer error, nothing to do with the site) before I could send it. Anyway to save as you go when you're writing a lengthy reply?

Thank you so much! Look forward to learning and hopefully contributing to the community.

Breathe18

(Breathe is my go-to reminder for coping with pain/stress,etc and thought since I want to encourage others to make use of the power of just simply taking a conscious breath it would be a good username)
