Confused elizabeth
HI i'm new to this forum and do hope to find out as much as I can as I"ve just been diagnosed with idiopathic small nerve fiber neuropathy. If anyone can help me or give me what you do to help it let me know . Right now it is in my feet and lower legs . I"m trying to get back to exercising like i use to because for the past year I've lived with the pain so my exercising went down the drain for the most part then this summer i finally had enough that I went to the doctor. All along i was thinking it was a pinched nerve or somethign else that would get better but it never did. So i need your help on your meds , etc . Thanks EB

You'll be amazed at how much information, support and understanding there is over on the PN forum.
The info you find there will surely lift your spirits, because you'll see that you certainly are not alone and that there are a number of things that can be done to combat this frustrating condition.

Be sure to take a peek up top of the forum in the section called "Tips, supplements, etc". Alot of wonderful people have compiled some very helpful and useful stuff there!
