Default hello, never have done this before, help
hi! we found out my daughter is allergic to corn, nuts, chocolate and i have been trying to find things she can eat for about 2 months. my daughter is 6 yrs old and at that very picky eater age. she has done really good, but not eating very different things. i have never had to deal with any food allergies before. i just need help on figuring this stuff out.

A doctor needs to run allergy tests of her. I don't think anyone here can do that. It involves pricking her skin.

I imagine you have already had allergy testing done and that is how you know which foods your daughter is allergic to

we dont have a specific forum for allergies yet, but hopefully will have soon

try posting in the gluten sensitivity forum, some persons there have multiple food allergies and may be able to help
