Hi guys. User12345 here, from Sydney Australia. I'm here for my continuing case of Depression and Anxiety, in the hope that by reading the stories of others I may be a little comforted and hopefully if I have any issues I can get some real-world advice (psychiatrists and psychologists aren't great at this)

Thanks Guys

Laugh Hello user12345!

Welcome to NT!

This is such a wonderful place to be, full of support and understanding.
Feel free to join in anywhere - perhaps I'll see you at the Depression/Anxiety forum. I battle this also.

Holler if you have any questions or need help finding your way around.

Caring,
Rae

Default hello Australia, one through five

I just want to chime in to welcome you to Neruo talk. There is a forum that talks about depression and anxiety. I for one suffer from that too. Sometimes council works, and sometimes it doesn't. I come here because of the people I have met. There is an abundance of compassion, and friendly ears that will listen to you. There are certainly many of us that suffer from depression. I found NT over a year ago, when I was in a panicky mode over my second spinal fusion. I quickly found support and people who helped me get through my surgery. Glad you came here, and I hope to talk to you soon.ginnie
