Question New member

My name is John Finley. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia since the age of 43. I am now 71. In the last two years since I slipped and broke my left tibia and fibula at the ankle, I feel that I am growing weaker. I still have good muscle mass, but am having occasional stumbling, but have been able to catch myself. I am exercising and swimming at our local YMCA, but I still feel weaker and the next day, I feel wasted.
