Default bulbar als worries?

Hi I am new to the forum. I suffer from health anxiety and this new problem is driving me crazy. I seem to be very focused on my swallowing issues as of late. It feels like all of the food does not go down properly. It is difficult to describe. I can swallow my food, it just feels like a weak swallow. Little bits of the food stay in the back of my mouth and it makes me very nervous. I have complained of this before and I am just not sure about anything anymore. Too much reading on the internet. Can anyone offer advice? I spoke with a friend who is a RN and she told me not to even bother going to the doctor. My doctor has seen me before for things related to ALs and has said that I was fine. Any help would be appreciated.
