I have headaches for five years. Blood shows high inflammation but don't know why and I cannot take steroids. I have been depressed since I was a child but do not respond to ADs. I am in therapy but the doctor thinks that I am too knowagable to be helped by it, whatever that means, and wants to terminate me. I agree that he isn't helping. My psychiatrist suggested that I come here, but I'm not clear why. I've been here before.

I see you are finding your way around the forums and you've been here before, so I guess I 'should' say "Welcome BACK"

I'm sorry about the headaches you've been suffering from. I too have battled depression for the greater part of my life. I hope you can take comfort in knowing that you aren't alone in this. There is so much support and understanding here, which is what is so great about being here. More times than not our family/friends just don't understand.

I'll probably see you over on the Depression forum. It does a world of good to talk about things, even 'vent' if you need to. That's what we're all here for. We build each other up.
