Default CRPS Treatment

I am so thankful I found this site!! I was diagnosed with CRPS type 2...and it seems to be the LEAST researched and talked about. I just had an unsuccessful nerve block..the doc actually made my upper leg completely numb...including all of the skin so I couldn't walk. Oops!

I am looking for a really good doctor to see in the LA area. Has anyone been treated recently and have a recommendation. I am in my 6th month now so time is of the essence!

Thank you so much!!

Hello SonshineEvie and WELCOME to NeuroTalk!

I see that Darlene has given you the link to our RSD/CRPS forum.

You will find some nice people there who will share a wealth of information. I am almost certain we have members from the LA area who can give you the name(s) of good doctor(s)

Please feel free to roam around and join in anywhere. Feel free to kick off your shoes and pull up your favorite chair.

Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask, someone will always be around shortly to help in any way that we are able.

I look forward to seeing you around the board.

Smile Hello SonshineEvie!

Just stoppin by to say "Welcome"!
I'm sorry you have fallen victim to this nasty condition
I know how very frustrating it is to get hopes up when trying a new procedure, only to be let down.
I hope your leg is ok since that injection.

The RSD/CRPS forum is a fantastic place to get support and understanding. There's lots of good info as well.

It's great that you are here!

Caring,
Rae
