Heart New and have multiple disorders, hope to help others

Hi!

I have had RSD/CRPS for 11 years, have had countless attempts to ease the pain including a SCS, was diagnosed bi-polar 14 years ago, have been a caregiver for 6 years, and have been on too many to count emotional rollercoasters. I have been through the wringer and back

Through some very hard work and dedication, I have become a positive person and hope to give some first hand positive advice to people.

I also want to help people understand that they are not alone and that others understand what they are going through. I have been on other forums in the past and have had people there for me so I know how important it is to have someone understand that they are not alone. Support is very important!

I have been looking around the forums and can see that this is a great place. Thank you!
