Default TBI and pain

Hi everyone,
I had a TBI in June 2011 and now am getting some PCS issues. I am a little weepy and having alot of widespread pain. I am so tired of this brain stuff. I am so lucky in the lack of severe problems so i havent written yet. Today i stayed home from work because of these issues. I am very lucky but I am getting down because of the lingering effects. Thanks for listening.

Red face Feel better already

You guys are great! I ended up going over to my best friends house and cry on her shoulders. It was very helpful too. I have upped my anti depressants and am seeing if I can get some PT to help with muscle weakness. That may help. I will keep my head up.

Smile Hi Tina!

Just wanted to send you a ((HUG)) and to say Welcome to NT! This is the place to be and you'll get lots of support and understanding.

If you ever need to talk or cry, we've got the shoulders. Maybe I'll see you over on the Depression forum if you feel inclined.

It's great that you are here!

Caring,
Rae
