Unhappy hi new to site

hi im new to site and just wanted to introduce myself. I am me and my reason for being here is something that i have had since I was 11 years old and was not diagnosed by a doctor until I was in my 20's. I have Migraines and they are horrible!! i take a daily medication for it and a pain medication when the pain gets bad.
sometimes even though members of my family gets them as well it seems that they think I should be able to do more when I get one and they do not seem to get that my migraines pretty much knock me on my tail when I get them bad enough

Smile Hi Mikita

Welcome to NT!.......although I am so sorry the reason you are here I've had migraines in the past and I can empathize.
It's good that you are here. You'll get lots of support and understanding and be able to hear other people's experiences.

Check out our Headache Forum - here's the shortcut link to get you there...

I know how it is when family/friends don't really comprehend what you are really going thru. It makes for a pretty lonely battle.

I hope you can get some answers soon so you can get your quality of life back.

Caring,
Rae
