Default Xray, Abnormal?

Hi, been having some problems with the left side of my face, neck, arm, shoulder for years now. I have scoliosis, but I believe I may have Thoracic outlet syndrome or some kind of problems concerning the area or the neck.

In the attachment pic, is an old xray I snapped a shot of at a chiro a couple years ago. The green circle is my first thoracic rib. Right above it is what I was wondering about. Does it look like an abnormal C7? I believe its elongated or something. Let me know what you all think. Thanks
