Unhappy New girl in town

Hi everyone, I have peripheral neuropathy either from MGUS or toxic mold exposure. I have ESR, blood in urine, many neurological and sensory manifestations. My IGM is 1310 and IGG 632. Drs don't know what to do with me. My hematologist/oncologist says plasmaphersis when IGM gets to 3000.
