Default Hello- I'm new. Very depressed, pain is awful... Advice please
In need of some ideas on how to just get through the days I'm a wreck, recently discharged after psych admission. hate taking so many meds, but the pain is too much without them. What do you people do to keep yourselves from falling apart?
