Default temple pain

any one out there experience temple pain..right temple, only hurts when it is grazed, like putting glasses on, applying make up over the area, lightly touching, laying on that side of face...does not hurt if i press finger into area and apply pressure...hurts more, or is sensitive to light touch...had it for almost 2 years now....Been to ENT, TMJ doctor, had cat scan, MRI , been on all sorts of medication, tried, muscle relaxer, anti-seizure meds. nothing really helped, until one post indicated valtrex relieved symptoms as it may be a shingles type of virus that has attached itself to my nerve ending..even though i had no other symptoms. i still have the pain although it has improved.......What do you think?
thanks for your thoughts on this.....

Smile Hello Sharono!

Welcome to NT!

I'm sorry about the reason which brings you here.
This is a wonderful place for support and understanding, which somehow makes it a bit 'better' - just knowing we aren't alone and that folks here really comprehend what you are going thru.

Darlene has given you some great places to start.
Just holler if you have any questions or need help finding your way around.

I hope you begin to get answers soon!

Caring,
Rae
