Default ankles

Both of my ankles at various times will suddenly feel like I have just severely sprained the ankle. Suddenly I cannot walk at all on the ankle. Sometimes it takes days to get over it. I spend time on crutches. This can happen without warning at any time. Does anybody have any idea what this can be? It does get better when I take an anti inflammatory, but I an not supposed to take any of these.

Smile Hello Rosemillard!

Welcome to NT!

You've found a wonderful place for support and understanding! I'm sorry about this issue you are faced with. Have you seen a doctor about this? I'm wondering what they would say. Sometimes it's tricky to get a solid diagnosis and I know how frustrating that can be.

You'll find many caring people here. Others will be along to offer some support. Feel free to post in any of the forums and just holler if you have any questions.

I hope you get answers soon!

Caring,
Rae
