Default Facial tremors on eyebrow

I am having tremors on my eyebrow across forehead they are intermitted
they lasted a full 24 hours and woke me during my sleep and were actually
painful and gave me a headache later in the day

Its odd my forehead actually hurts

The tremors have stopped my eye is watering (Left) now and swollen
could this be bells palsy
