Question CSF leak of the ear

hi All

I am new to this forum. Six months ago I has a craniotomy to repair a skull defect with another inner ear surgery. Ai had a lumbar puncture before the surgery and another one a week later. I was put on Diomox because the pressure was high. Three weeks later I ended up in the ER for hypokalemia. I have had no headaches but have had horrible fluid in the ear where the surgery was and it feels like fluid buid up at the surgical site on the skull. The fluid build up was so bad. One morning I woke up with fluid in the outer ear. My electrolytes been unstable. I have conductive hearing loss now and high pitched tinnitus. I have been told that some csf leaks from the ear do not have headaches. has anyone had csf leak of the ear. Thanks.
