You'll be amazed at how many people here (including me) battle PN. You are certainly no stranger to it - maybe we can learn from YOU!

Be sure to check out the top part of the PN forum. The 'Sticky' section has alot of good information and also there is a section at the very very top called "PN tips, resources, supplements, etc." There have been alot of new developments and research on this very frustrating condition. It's actually quite encouraging.
