I'm new to this site but am hoping to make some new friends. I'm 23 years old, from the UK and have severe chronic mouth and throat pain. Hoping for some support and guidance through tough times.

I'm sorry you are dealing with these pain issues. Most folks here know what pain is all about, so you're sure to get plenty of support and understanding.
