Default hi, im new here

hope im posting in the right place. my name is debbie im 33. im my moms POA and total caregiver. also i have 4 kids, a hubby, 4 dogs and a cat, lol a happy zoo.

long long story short my mom has had lots of problems that stem from a brain AVM that was treated with radiation. she has/had what is call "late side effect reaction from radiation. it gave her brain nurcrosis that she very recently had removed by surgery.

thankfully she retained her speech and can move her right side. her right side was already being effected by the nurcrosis, long term predisone, and farther by her stroke (brain bleed kind) her surgery has however cause her right arm and leg to be numb. her foot rolls to the side making trying to walk fairly dangerous ad we are waiting for a brace thing that i forget the name of

we are going through more physical theropy, and hoping this time it will have lasting effects

im just here to learn and share

thank you
debbie
