Default Closed Head

Hello...new to Neuro. Dealing with a closed head injury, or at least that's what I believe now. Worker's comp Neurologist says there is nothing wrong with me. Cognitive tests tell a different story. Lost my job, couldn't handle it anymore, stay at home mostly with a pilloow over my head, extremely sensitive to sound/light, severe noise in my head, face pain, twitching eyes, can't tolerate to watch tv, listen to music, or computer. This is like mental torture. Does it really ever go away? Was a total athlete, now it's difficult to walk my dog around the block.
