I'm seeking people with peripheral neuropathy who use or have used Benfotiamine. I take Neurontin and Alpha Lipoic Acid and am not convinced that either help. Use Anodyne Therapy machine twice a day and it certainly works. Want to try Benfotiamine, but only after I hear from some folks who have had experience with it. Anyone?

Welcome to NeuroTalk:

I think you would want to ask this question at our PN forum here:
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum20.html

Use the search function on page 1 of that link and find many many posts that discuss this supplement.
I cannot post the search results, because this software does not save them over time.
But I get 180 posts today when I searched it.

Benfotiamine is not showing toxic or serious side effects yet. And it has been many years that it has shown up on PubMed, first in Germany and now all over the world. So I would not be worried about trying it. It has come down in price considerably from the old days, a decade ago.
