Default I new here name Sheila

I everyone, I find this place from Doc Jon's Home page. I know I need say something to introduce myself. I trying. I have problems with speech and words, sometime it better sometime not. Not know why
I was working at a skilled care facility as charge Nurse. I have 24 patient to care for, I think stess make problem. I not work now, have headaches all time. Long time ago have MVA fly over truck hit pavement behind truck, head first. Not know if long ago injury can come up now for problems. My sister tell me she notice my words come wrong 5 years now.
Anyhow my name is sheila. Like I say sometime post may be more understandable. I try make in mornings when think better and headaches not so bad after good sleep.

I hope this Ok introduction.
