HI and WELCOME!!! You've come to a good site. I too have had severe spinal disorders for over 25 years, and it's been no fun. I've had several surgeries too, and I'd never do it again.

Why not join us on the Spinal Disorders & back pain forum??? Go to the bottom of this page and you'll see Forum Jump -- click on that and you'll see a list of subjects. Look for Spinal Disorders and join us there. There is a lot of great people there who can answer your questions and give you plenty of support.

I hope to see you there! Take care and God bless! And again, WELCOME! Hugs, Lee
