Unhappy Continually mis diagnosed

Hello all, I have been dealing with a number of seemingly neurogoloical issues over the past 10 years. I welcome any input out there.
It started with numbness/tingling just plan odd feeling in my left ring and pinky finger up to my elbow and up to my arm pit. Was prescribed neurotin. EMG, normal, brain MRI normal. Diagnosed as stress. Never went away. Stopped taking neurotin. Its come and gone over the years. Last year I became a nail tech. The issue with my left arm came back with an attitude. Addition of first 3 fingers numbness and pain. EMG normal again. Had surgery for carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel syndrom 5 months ago. At first it seemed to help. For the past 2 months I have numbness/cool feeling in pinky, ring finger, top of hand up to elbow. Pain in top left side of my neck and numbness warm feeling from mid chin through ear to eye. Also the top of both feet are numb. I don't sleep through a night because my neck and elbows stiffen up and wake me when I roll over or move in my sleep. Been seeing a chiro bi-weekly and a massage thearapist bi-weekly. Visited the pain clinic last week and have a tens unit. Helping with the neck. Had a neck MRI today.
So there you have it in a nut shell. Any thoughts or recommendations?

You might want to visit our Thoracic Outlet Syndrome forum - TOS for short-
Thoracic Outlet Syndrome/Brachial Plexopathy.
Quite a bit of your sx fit , except the feet numbness.

It is often caused by repetitive work, and can overlap sx of cubital & carpal tunnel (TOS + RSIs can = double or triple crush injury)
TOS sx can originate from nerve or vascular impingement/compressions in the collarbone, scalenes, SCM, pec minor areas.
