Hi, my name is Mystique and I am batteling depression, bipolar and schizophrenia. I have 3 sons and 1 was diagnosed with manic depression and 1 has both manic depression and is bipolar. I have been diagnosed with manic depression and am being treated for Bipolarism or Schizophrenia (not sure which is more prevelant). Thanks for the info being published on this site, especially about the SSID Function Report and how to complete it.
