Angry What is wrong with me?

Hi
Never been in chat room before. I had prolapsed disc 4 years ago, pain didn't go away so had epidural cortisone injection. that night I had the most awful pain like toothache across my back. three weeks later developed burning feet. saw neurologist who said it was burning foot syndrome! then it spread up my legs. Now I have chronic back pain, burning feet and some days find walking painful. see chiro, physio, relaxation, meditation tapes, exercise, go to hydrotherapy, take medicine which does not seem to help. I am 65 and worked all my life, now I seem to be wishing what's left away! I also see a psychologist. has anyone else had prob after these injections as it would help to know what's caused thus, I'm not diabetic and have no pain in hands etc.
I also have what they call vulvadynia so between that and burning feet and legs bedtime has become a nightmare.
Thanks for listening

"Burning" pain is often associated with RSD. Or it could be nerve pain of a different type. A pain management doc might be your best bet for an opinion...

Check out the links in the sticky at the RSD forum here on this board to get an understAnding of RSD. http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread247.html
