Post confused

I took a very hard fall went about 6ft in air landed on hip then head. My MRI of my right hip 1 year ago said in was remarkable. Now I get the new MRI after the fall and it says significant hip joint space narrowing. Hypertrophic change in the superolateral acetabular region. So what does this mean? Next who and who ties your legs together when you can't put weight on your hip without pain?
