Can you tell us what all is going on? What symptoms do you have? What problems are you dealing with? Everyone has different symptoms with this, so yours might be different than someone elses.

So what's going on, my friend?

hi...totally disorented, off balance, headaches, no appetite, nausea, concentration very difficult...don't feel safe driving. The problems you ask are wondering if I will be able to keep the roof over my head, have no received any comp, waiting on comp, adding to my concern. I had to have a friend help me. I have always been a motivated person with mega energy and this is very overwhelming.

This is very hard for me to talk about.
