Hi! I am a 42 yr. old female. I was diagnosed last year with a frozen shoulder. I have received 4 corisone injections over the last year. In Oct 2011, an MRI didn't reveal any tears of the rotatory cuff, so the diagnosis of frozen shoulder remained. Doc said if it continued he would do surgery to see what was going on and clean out the joint.
In the past couple of months the pain has returned and it getting worse. Last week my shoulder, down my arm (to my elbow) on top and bottom has gone numb. Four days ago my left breast started having a burning sensation (area closest to my left side). Two days ago my breast started going numb. I am trying to get an appt. with a neurologist to see if they can figure out what is going on. Does any one have any suggestions? P.S. I have had to start taking a Lortab every night before bed because the pain is getting unbearable in my shoulder/arm. |
