Default Proud to say "I made it!"

Hello, friends!

My name is Wanda and I am pleased to see that there is a support group that I can join. I feel ever so fortunate to be able to move forward after being told that I had only a 1% survival rate.

I suffered a Brain Aneurysm 10 months ago and have had 5 surgeries in that time. The last one was just in the end of June to tighten a coil. My vision in one eye is a bit challenged but overall, miracles do exist.

I have a young teen girl and a couple of pets known as her siblings. In time, I am hopeful to move on to drive my vehicle, and just be thankful.

I hope you are well.. Enjoy your day,

Wanda

Hi Wanda, and welcome to the community! What a great attitude you have, even though you've been through so much. In case you haven't found our Aneurism forum, here's the link:

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum7.html

Feel free to jump in anywhere, though. This is a good place--you'll find support, and probably make some friends!

Smile Thank you for being there!

Thank you for being there and welcoming me. I am so grateful that we are all able to move forward after something that we had no control over. I will look further into the site that you shared. I appreciate your time.

Default Hello Wanda

Welcome to Neuro Talk. I am glad you made it too! I know several others on this site who were in real danger also with this condition. You will make some friends here, thats for sure. I joined over two years ago, to deal with my own medical issues, I just never left. So many good friends and compassion I found here. Glad you joined us. ginnie
