Hello, I am new to this site. I was diagnosed with cervical spinal stenosis last year

Hello and WELCOME! I'm glad you found us! There are lots of forums here and I'm sure you'll find one that fits you.

Why not join us on the Spinal Disorders forum? There are plenty of people there with a wealth of information and support. I'm sure you'll meet new friends there too!
