Default Tbi in teenage boy

my son was in a accident almost 3 years ago and he is 16 now his whole left side of his brain is non functioning now and the only major problem we have is impulse control here resently since puberty has hit we are having problems with this impulse problem and I am a loss for words with this problem we have over come so much and now I dont know how to fix this or help him.... please give me your advice or any help with this
