Default Hi - happy to have found you!

I probably have more questions than answers. I know I have fibro and Sjogren's but am totally out to lunch on all the neuro stuff going on. 4 Mri's including 1 at a university hospital that was supposed to be the mother of all machines, all the other neuro tests except emg which is probably happening. Brain looks good, no scars or lesions. Neuro says he has no clue. New rheumy thinks maybe sjogren's. Right side weakness and numbness and tingling. Falls and stumbling. Startle response that sends me right through the roof on even small stimuli. Anybody out there? HELP!
