Default Worried, fed up & frustrated

Hi,

I'm quite new here. I posted a few weeks ago but things have changed since my initial post.

Symptoms started as pins and needles, numb feet, a horrible numb sensation above both knees which felt "clammy" if I wore trousers. The dr thought it was marelgia pareasthetica and referred me to a neurologist (I had similar symptoms in dec but they cleared up after a week).

I now have tingly hands, the fingers in my right hand feel constantly hot and numb and I have a patch on the palm of my right hand under my little finger which is numb. My arm above my elbow has that horrid "clammy" feeling also.
My right foot is numb every morning but once I'm up and moving around it wears off and my legs are feeling much better.

It's been 4 weeks now, I only have another 4 weeks til my appt with the neuro but just wondered if anyone had any words of wisdom?

I had 2 weeks last summer when I had labrinthitis symptoms but the doc tells me that is not connected.

I'm normally really fit and active - I do lots of classes at the gym and run 3 times a week - I even did the london marathon this year. I managed a slow 3 mile run at the weekend but my legs feel very tired and even a walk in the park today felt like an effort.

I made the mistake of googling my symptoms which has made me panic even more. Blood tests came back fine, dr examined my eyes, reflexes and had me doing all sorts of strength, cognitive exercises and they were all fine. In fact on examination he said I'm perfectly fit and healthy. Why do I feel so rubbish then?
